Sunday 12/21/08 winter solstice

The sun hits the bottom of our seasonal cycle at 4:04am Pacific time Sunday December 21, with heavy Pluto there for the first time since 1762.

The moon and Mars are trailing the sun, and will hit bottom together Friday night. On Saturday December 27, sun, moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Pluto--soul, heart, mind, action, creativity and power--will all be in Capricorn, the primal force of grounded constructiveness. A new era based in the power of nature now begins.
