Friday 10/22/10--Libra full moon (blue moon)

Libra, early autumn in the north, the beginning of a new fertility cycle, ends this year as it began, with a full moon in the personal passion of Aries, a true blue moon (two in a calendar month is mere amusement). With centering Saturn in Libra for the first time in 30 years, awareness of our relationship to love is profound.

It's also a time of intensified emotion, with our sense of beauty turning inward in peak feeling and an activated expression of deep mind in vulnerable sensitivity (Venus retrograde in Scorpio, with Mars in Scorpio trine retrograde Jupiter and Uranus in Pisces). In the coming month we will move through the magnetic vortex of Scorpio as we complete a rite of passage in tender wisdom (Jupiter and Uranus in Pisces). It is preparation for next spring's creative emergence of revolutionary passion (Jupiter and Uranus into Aries).

With an undercurrent of activated emotion, this year's Libra, undeniably reinforced, sparked by two full moons, has empowered us with a sense of real love and where it comes from. We are launched on a new adventure in this.
