Sunday 5/29/11

Sun in Gemini, a month of mentality, building toward summer solstice in the north, June 21. It began last weekend, with heart moving through awareness into sensitivity (Moon in Aquarius, Pisces). By Friday we emerged with personal passion (Moon in Aries).

Now, earthy energy, grounded by heavy power (Moon into Taurus with Mercury, Venus and Mars, trine Pluto in Capricorn). The Gemini new moon on Wednesday (2:03pm Pacific time), a peak of mental processing, is guided by the need for real love (trine Saturn in Libra).

Next weekend, a shift to flowing release (Moon into Cancer 1:36am Friday), a preview of where we're headed this summer.

Thursday 5/19/11

Moon hits bottom, into Capricorn, 1:16pm Pacific time, meeting heavy Pluto there late tonight. With Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars in Taurus, a peak of earthy physicality.

According to the Mayan calendar, the third of seven 18-day energy pulses in this year's evolutionary intensification starts May 20. It is called the pulse of sprouting, new life breaking out into manifestation.

Tuesday 5/17/11--Taurus full moon

Solid with the power of the earth, intensified spirit releasing into flowering.
