Sunday 2/16/20–Mars into Capricorn/Mercury retrograde

Last days of Aquarius, midwinter alignment in awareness, Moon at low ebb in warm Sagittarius.

Active Mars hits bottom on our seasonal cycle, into the grounded realism and constructiveness of Capricorn, joining the historic meeting of expansive Jupiter, centering Saturn, and heavy Pluto there. New beginnings rooted in the reinforced power of physical nature. Moon into Capricorn Tuesday.

Mental Mercury goes retrograde, internalizing, for a few weeks (4:54pm PT, til 3/10), undermining momentum with reflection. This is good for us if we are flexible, go with changes, unexpected developments. 

Sun into Pisces Wednesday, late winter, saturating sensitivity, preparation for big spring emergence starting March 20.
